Some more advanced features or higher number of projects and users may be paid.
Because functionality is similar, it's important to find an app that you like.
Microsoft to-do
To-do application from Microsoft. Recommended especially for those that work a lot with Microsoft Office, because it integrates well with many of its functionality.
ASANA
Great app with stable foundations and lots of functionality. Pretty advanced. Especially recommended for team work.
Todoist
Very popular, entry-level app that is a very good choice for start.
Trello
Very popular app with lots of plugins that allows organizing tasks into columns. Very convenient for those who like to organize things visually.
Clickup
Advanced application that helps organize people and the whole teams with workflows and dashboards. A lot of functionality in the free version.
Ticktick
Great, stable entry-level application that is very fast and convenient.
Nozbe
App with over 10 years of history, based on good old GTD framework. Team oriented.
any.do
Entry level, minimalistic application with clear interface.
Focus and distractions
If you have a problem focusing, don't "try harder". Use software to block you and save cognitive capacity for better tasks!
