Transform your team's productivity in 2 days
Intensive on-site workshop for 10–15 people. The deepest form of productivity training — participants "disconnect" from daily tasks and gain a new perspective.
Needs analysis + intensive work + one month of post-training support. Proven at Google, Hitachi, GPC.

FAQs
Answers to the most frequently asked questions:
The workshops last 2 days, typically from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM each day. After the official session there's virtually unlimited time for additional Q&A for those who want to dive deeper. We take coffee and lunch breaks throughout the day. If needed, we can adjust the start time to fit your company's schedule — start times are flexible.
I run workshops for groups of 10–15 people — the optimal size for group dynamics. Smaller groups lack diversity of opinions and weaker energy. Above 15 people it's easy to be anonymous, not everyone gets to speak, and it's harder to manage group energy. The 10–15 sweet spot delivers the best combination of interactivity, diverse perspectives, and deep engagement from every participant.
Various options are available: invoice with bank transfer, card payment, or other arrangements to suit your needs. We can prepare NDAs or other documents required by your legal department in advance. Company registered in Poland, EU VAT: PL6312378160.
Yes — this is key for building long-term habits. You get one month of support: I answer questions and help with implementation, and we can organize a live Q&A session at the end.
Every workshop is tailored to the specific group. Thanks to the small number of participants and the dynamic format, each training is unique — every group creates a one-of-a-kind experience. This is not a presentation but a highly interactive workshop that delivers a transformative experience.
Every workshop combines personal and team productivity techniques. Before the session we'll agree on the balance — some companies prefer to focus on team collaboration, others on personal productivity fundamentals.
